Who is responsible for this website, what it is and is not, and the rules that apply when you read, quote or get in touch.

2. What this website is
- This is a personal website under Vietnamese law on the management, provision and use of Internet services and online information (Decree 147/2024/ND-CP and its implementing documents). It publishes information I create myself about me, my work and my views.
- It is not a news-aggregation site, not a social network, provides no services to third parties and charges no fees.
- It does not represent any state agency, socio-political organisation, business, university or other body I study or work with, now or in the past. All views are my own.
3. Views and limitation of liability
- Content is provided for general information. I try to be accurate, but content may be out of date or incomplete and is not legal, technical, financial or professional advice for your particular situation.
- You use the information at your own responsibility. To the extent permitted by law, I accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on this content.
- Links to external websites are provided for convenience; I do not control and am not responsible for their content.

- Unless stated otherwise, the writing, images and design on this website are the copyright of Bach Ngo Gia, protected under Vietnamese intellectual-property law and the international treaties to which Vietnam is a party, including the Berne Convention.
- Short quotations are welcome, with attribution and a link to the original. Full reproduction, translation, modification or commercial use requires my written permission.
- Some images, marks or materials mentioned may belong to third parties and are used as the law permits; their owners' rights are reserved.
5. Personal data and privacy
- Any collection and processing of personal data follows Vietnamese personal-data-protection law — the Law on Personal Data Protection 2025 and its implementing documents — and is described in detail on the Privacy page.
- The site uses no tracking cookies, no advertising pixels, and never sells or shares data with third parties.
- For readers outside Vietnam I apply the same principles — minimal collection, a stated purpose, a defined retention period, and your right to access, correct or delete your data — consistent with frameworks such as the GDPR (EU) and the Privacy Act 1988 (Australia) to the extent they apply to a personal website.
6. Anti-impersonation
- bachngo.vn is the only website I own and operate; [email protected] is the only official email addresses.
- I will never ask for money, passwords or verification codes through this website or by email. If you encounter a site, profile or message claiming to be me from another source, please report it to the official email.
7. Governing law and disputes
- This website is operated under the laws of Vietnam. Please raise any issue first through the official email so it can be resolved in good faith; failing agreement, disputes fall to the competent authorities of Vietnam in accordance with the law.
